I am passionate about exploring our faculties both mind and body that make us unique and aid us to connect with every living breathing life around us. Contrary to what we know, we are not just 2 or 3-dimensional beings; there are more dimensions to each of us.
The aim of the project is to go deeper into our bodies and mind to understand ourselves better, explore the depths which will enable us to truly connect with everything around us from this place of depth.
Yoga, meditation, healing conversations, explorative movement/dance work remain powerful tools to go deeper within ourselves.
The sessions employ these tools to do the same. You can rely on your felt sense and experience during the sessions to explore yourself.
My formal and extensive training in Dance (Indian Classical + Contemporary dance), Kalaripayattu Martial Arts, Ashtanga and Yin yoga forms have helped me navigate and explore my own faculties for many years now.

The yoga classes taught by Kangan are phenomenal. When I first embarked on this journey, I did it because I wanted to improve my physical and mental health. Less than a year later, Yoga has become an important part of my life.
After every class I am feeling physically and spiritually balanced; this has had a great impact on my life as well: my sleeping pattern has improved, my moods are brighter and I have better relationships with people I interact with on a daily basis.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Kangan’s classes to anyone aiming towards a healthy mind in a healthy body. She is a wonderful teacher and a beautiful human being with a wealth of experience to share.
