INQUIRE INTO SERIES: This video inquires into our face and what it expresses? What story does our face tell? Our face is a window of all our wants and needs which we seek from others in the world. Can we free ourselves from these validations and become comfortable with whoever we are or however we look? without looking for approval from others, even strangers as we walk about in the street. I am moving on the floor as I feel today, allowing my body to guide me through this. The piece is improvised not choreographed. Just moving to the music with intention to be connected to the floor. Like everything in life we need to flow with "what is" without resistance, living, breathing learning each moment. Flow it out and move on the floor if this inspires you.

This is no choreography, only dancing to the music and moving as I feel today. Moving as it comes to you without thinking is quite liberating. There is no you there is just movement. The music seems like a poem to me if I could put words to it, "Life is a lesson unfolding everyday. The idea is never to be perfect and we cannot be. Because we are not fixed beings with a set destination but we are learning, evolving beings.
