I offer meditation, explorative yoga and movement classes to develop our awareness towards our body, mind and soul. Each class can focus on one of these forms or a combination. The sessions can be In person in my home-based studio or online*. In person can be 1-on-1 or for 2 people. 1. The primary yoga lesson will include the Ashtanga vinyasa style which is the form of classical Indian yoga. The style is energetic, synchronising breath with our movements. This form of yoga is used to activate our entire body and our nervous system to get ready for the day. I also bring the quality of movement and strength given my extensive training in dance and martial arts. 2. I also offer Yin yoga or restorative yoga lessons for deep stretching and restoration; more of a passive practice. *First class is a free trial.
